A real person can help

If something is not working, email admin@qubesoftware.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem.

Camera and microphone access

Recording requires Camera access. Audio in recorded clips also requires Microphone access. Open Settings on your iPhone, find Sport Recorder, and confirm the permissions you want to use are enabled.

Auto Rec

Turn on Auto Rec before the action and choose 15, 30, or 60 seconds. Keep Sport Recorder open and active while you wait for the moment, then tap the shutter after the play to save the recent video. Auto Rec does not record in the background.

Standard recording

Use Standard Record when you know the sequence is about to start or when you want a complete drill or longer take. Start recording and stop when the action ends.

Tags and Photos albums

Create up to five custom tags for players, teams, moments, or review categories. Choosing a tag on the post-save screen adds the clip to a matching album in Apple Photos.

Clip storage and deletion

Clips remain under your device and Photos-library controls. If a play was not a keeper, delete the new clip from the post-save tagging screen. Deletion may not be reversible from inside the app.

Privacy

Sport Recorder does not require an account, and the developer does not collect data. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
