In your browser. No download, no account, no ads.
Roll five wooden camp dice, keep the ones you like, and chalk up the best box on the mess hall's board. Play alone, against the camper bots, or with the whole family on one phone or many. Roll five the same and the bugle sounds: Roll Call!
- Players: 1–6 players
- Play time: 5–20 min
- Ages: 6 and up
Why it's fun
Five dice, three rolls, thirteen boxes.
The board does the math
Before you pick, every open box shows in pale chalk what it would score. Nobody has to add up in their head.
Five the same? Roll Call!
Five of one camper is worth 50, and the bugle sounds. Roll another one later for an Encore: 100 more.
Bots that play like campers
Shelly plays it steady, Pepper swings big, Ripple splashes after every Roll Call. Pick Easy, Normal or Clever.
One phone or many
Pass one phone round the table, or each play on your own and join by code, link or QR. Take turns, or all roll at once.
A Daily Roll for everyone
One game a day with the same dice for everyone. Compare scores at dinner: the share line never gives the dice away.
Every roll is free
No coins, no gems, no extra rolls for sale, and no ads. Ever.
How a turn goes
Roll, hold, chalk it up.
Thirteen turns each. The biggest Camp total wins.
Roll
Throw all five dice. On a phone you can even shake to roll.
- Five dice: three Otters held, a Chipmunk and a Fawn still to roll
Hold
Tap the dice you like to keep them, and roll the rest. Up to three rolls a turn.
Chalk it up
Pick one empty box. Every turn fills one, and a zero is fine: it's a shrug and a giggle.
See a turn
Roll, hold, roll again, chalk it up
A real turn against Chip the bot: roll, hold, roll again, and chalk up 18 in Fawns.

Questions
Questions from around the campfire
How many people can play Roll Call?
One to six. Play solo, fill seats with camper bots, pass one phone around, or play online on separate devices, in any mix of people and bots.
Is Roll Call free?
Yes. Roll Call is free to play in your web browser. There are no ads, no purchases and no coins or extra rolls to buy: every roll is free.
Is Roll Call safe for kids?
Yes, it was made for families. There are no ads, no purchases and no chat: players can only send six friendly stickers. Online games are private, so only people you give the code, link or QR code can join, and nobody is matched with strangers. Online play asks only for a name and a camper.
Can I play Roll Call alone?
Yes. A solo game takes about five minutes, and there's a new Daily Roll every day. You can also add up to five camper bots at Easy, Normal or Clever.
Do we each need a phone?
No. Pass one phone or tablet around the table and take turns; a card says whose turn it is. Or play online, each on your own device, and join with a code, a link or a QR code.
Do I need to download anything or make an account?
No. Open play.qubesoftware.com/roll-call in a web browser and play. It runs on phones, tablets and computers, in portrait or landscape.
How long does a game of Roll Call take?
About five minutes on your own. Taking turns, it's about five minutes a player, so around twenty minutes for four. Online or with bots, everyone can roll at once, and then any table finishes in about five minutes.
What ages is Roll Call for?
We'd say six and up. Every box shows what it would score before you pick it, so nobody has to add up in their head, and grown-ups enjoy it as much as kids do.
How do you play Roll Call?
On your turn, roll five dice up to three times, keeping any you like between rolls. Then fill one empty box on the chalkboard: the six Cabins score their own camper's dice, and the Activities want things like three the same, four or five in a row, or five the same, a Roll Call worth 50. Every turn fills a box, even with a zero. After thirteen turns, the biggest Camp total wins.
What languages is Roll Call in?
The game itself is in English for now. The campers on the dice need no reading, but the box names and rules are in English.
