이래서 재미있어요
A sleepover where somebody's secretly sleepy.

Your flashlight gives you away
Your beam shows from farther than you do. Sleepyheads can switch theirs off to sneak, but a dark shape in someone's beam is a giveaway.

One or two secret Sleepyheads
They know each other, sprinkle sleep sand, and pull tricks: a power cut, burnt popcorn, the dog got out.

"Wake up!" Into the blanket fort
Find a sleeper or flip the big light switch, and everyone piles into the fort to talk it over and vote.

A darker house every round
After each huddle the grown-ups switch off another lamp on their way to bed. No timer, just fewer lights.

Twelve one-thumb chores
Pop the popcorn, untangle the fairy lights, find the lost sock. A miss costs a second, never the chore.

The morning replay
When a side wins, the whole night replays on the floorplan: every path, every yawn, every sneak. "I knew it!"
The flashlight twist
Your beam shows from farther than you do.
Friends' flashlights are always on. Sleepyheads see in the dark and can switch theirs off to sneak. But if your beam catches a dark shape, you know who it is.

How a night goes
Peek, sneak, huddle, vote.
Real screens from a sleepover of ten. Each phone shows only what its own flashlight can see.

Your secret. Hold the pillow to peek: friend or Sleepyhead? Keep it to yourself.
The night. Walk the house, do your chores, keep an eye on everyone's beams.
Power cut! Every lamp goes off, but flashlights still work. Quick, the breaker's in the garage.
A Sleepyhead's phone: pretend chores, sleep sand, a light to switch off, and tricks.
The huddle. Talk it over out loud, or tap a phrase: "I saw a dark shape in the Laundry."
The vote. Tap a face, or Skip. No vote counts as Skip.
Tucked in. The nightlight glows purple: that was a Sleepyhead!
Morning. The friends win, and the whole night replays on the floorplan.
Nobody gets hurt
The gentlest way to be out.
Hidden sides and a vote can sting. Here, nobody is ever hurt, and nobody sits out for long.

A pinch of sleep sand
A Sleepyhead sneaks up and sprinkles it.

A huge yawn
You can hear it two rooms away.

Fast asleep
Right where they stood, snoring, with a silly doodle.

Dreaming on
A starry Dreamer floats anywhere, and their chores still count.

Voted out? Tucked in
Into bed with a nightlight, and a friend dreams on.

Pick your pajamas.

Questions families ask
When can we play Last One Awake?
Not yet: Last One Awake is coming soon. The game is built, and we're finishing and checking it before it opens. When it does, it will be free to play in a web browser, and a Play button will appear on this page.
Is a hidden-role game OK for kids?
We think this one is, because it's gentle by design. Nobody is ever hurt: a Sleepyhead's pinch of sleep sand makes a friend yawn and fall asleep, and that player keeps playing as a Dreamer whose chores still count. Being voted out means being tucked into bed with a nightlight. Players never type to each other. Keeping a secret and bluffing are part of the fun, so it helps to say so before the first game; Little-ones mode makes it easier, and a grown-up can turn off the silly doodles.
How many people can play Last One Awake?
Four to ten, each on their own phone. One player is secretly a Sleepyhead with four to six players, and two are with seven to ten. The host can choose one or two instead.
Is Last One Awake safe for kids online?
Sleepovers are private: you join only with a code, link or QR code someone gives you, and there are no public rooms. Players can't type messages to each other. In the huddle they tap set phrases like "I was in the Kitchen", pin places on the floorplan, or send emotes. The only thing anyone types is their own name, up to 16 characters, and the host can remove someone from the lobby. There are no ads and nothing to buy.
Is it free, and do we need to download anything?
It will be free to play in a web browser, with no ads and no in-game purchases. There's nothing to download and no account to make: you pick a name and a critter.
Does everyone need their own phone?
Yes. Your side is a secret that shows only on your own screen, so each player needs a phone, tablet or computer. Sit on the same couch and talk out loud, or play from different houses with quick-chat phrases.
Can we play with fewer than four, or against bots?
No. A sleepover needs at least four real players, and there are no bot players.
How long does a game of Last One Awake take?
About 5 to 10 minutes. A huddle is about a minute of talking and 15 seconds to vote, and the house gets darker after every huddle, so a night doesn't drag on.
What age is Last One Awake for?
We suggest 8 and up: players keep a secret, read short phrases and vote. With Little-ones mode on (bigger flashlights, more time, easier chores and a memory book), younger children can play along with a grown-up.
How do you play Last One Awake?
Everyone joins one sleepover on their own phone and picks a critter. Each phone secretly shows its side: most players are friends, and one or two are Sleepyheads. At night, friends walk the house with flashlights doing chores, while Sleepyheads pretend, sneak and sprinkle sleep sand to put friends to sleep. Find a sleeper and shout "Wake up!" (or flip the big light switch) to huddle in the blanket fort, talk, and vote someone into bed; their nightlight shows which side they were on. Friends win by finishing the checklist or tucking in every Sleepyhead. Sleepyheads win when they match the friends still awake, or if the smoke alarm wakes the grown-ups.
Lights out soon.
The sleepover is almost ready. Until then, every other Qube game is free to play right now.
