How long does a game of Short Stack take?
A quick game is one round, about 5 to 10 minutes. A race to 500 plays round after round and usually takes 20 to 45 minutes. You choose before you deal.
How do you play Short Stack?
Everyone gets 7 pancake cards. On your turn, play one that matches the top of the stack by flavor, number or action, or draw. Flip turns play around, Hop hops over the next player, Butter +2 makes them take two, and Syrup and Mega Stack +4 change the flavor. With one card left, tap Last Bite! before someone taps Caught you! The first to clean their plate wins the round.
What ages is Short Stack for?
Ages 6 and up. You only match numbers and flavors, and every flavor has its own shape as well as its color. Grown-ups get plenty to play with in the house rules.
What languages is Short Stack in?
The game is in English. Its cards use numbers, flavor shapes and pictures, so matching them needs no reading.
